1. Purchasing A Gift Voucher

Step 1.

Simply select your preferred retailer from any of our categories or current specials by browsing the menu on the left and add the item to your shopping cart.

Step 2.
Select how much you wish to spend.

Step 3.
Select your Gift Option and Delivery Method.

Step 4.
Personalise your voucher by adding your message.

Step 5.
Order your Gift Package through our safe and easy to use online Paypal facility. 

2. Package Options

At Gift Vouchers Australia we offer more than just a voucher! With several Gift Options available, Gift Vouchers Australia gives you a great variety to choose from. You can purchase our items individually or simply buy them with your gift voucher.

3. Delivery Methods

Gift Vouchers Australia has a number of delivery options available to suit your needs. All Australia Post & Express Post orders received before 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All Couriers received will be dispatched the following business day.

Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with the recipients correct delivery address. Gift Vouchers Australia will not take responsibility for any damage, postal delays, missing orders, incorrect delivery details or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery. We can re-deliver your voucher however, charges will apply. If the delivery is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us at info@giftvouchersaustralia.com.au. Please note that Gift Packages are delivered once payment is received.

4. Pricing

To pay for your Gift Package you can use our safe and easy to use online facility, Paypal.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes your credit card details are safe. Your card details are encrypted only when they hit the Paypal payment gateway linked to the banking network. This prevents anyone on the internet from obtaining your details during the transaction.

What currency is used?
All prices listed on this website: www.giftvouchersaustralia.com.au are in Australian dollars only.

Will the price be shown on the Gift Voucher?
Yes, only the amount you select from the retailer will be printed on the Gift Voucher.

Do the Gift Vouchers include GST?
Yes, all Gift Vouchers include GST.

Placing bulk orders?
For corporate or bulk orders, please email our customer relations team at info@giftvouchersaustralia.com.au.

5. Booking a  Gift Voucher

All Gift Vouchers are booked by the recipient directly through the retailer. Each Gift Voucher comes with full contact details and necessary information about the retailer. This gives the recipient the freedom to use their voucher in their own time.

6. Expiry Dates

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. The expiry date is shown on your gift voucher.

Can I extend my Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers cannot be extended.

7. Exchange & Refund Policy

All Gift Vouchers Australia Gift boxes and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

If you have not received your Gift Voucher, please contact us immediately at info@giftvouchersaustralia.com.au. If the voucher has not been redeemed with the retailer we can reissue your Gift Voucher to the original recipient's delivery address. A processing fee of $10 will be incurred.
