When purchasing any Gift Voucher or Gift Box from Gift Vouchers Australia ("GVA"), you acknowledge and agree that:
Published Information
All information published on the GVA website is copied directly from material provided by the business or retailer (our "Client"). GVA does not endorse and is not liable for any incorrect content sent through to us which we upload.
Services offered by the Client
The products or services offered by the Client in the course of its business (as published on the GVA website) are offered by the Client, and GVA is not liable for any product or service provided by the Client to a customer of the Client or any other party.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GVA excludes all liability (whether direct or indirect) for any damages whatsoever including without limitation, in contract or tort (including negligence), equity or on any other basis to the Client or any other person (including loss of data or profits), arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the GVA website, the delay or inability to use the GVA Website, or of any information, software, products or services obtained through the GVA Website.
All products and/or services provided through this GVA website will be deemed to be made and provided in New South Wales, and shall be exclusively governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law in force in New South Wales.

All photographs, illustrations and text supplied or used by Gift Vouchers Australia with the exception of text, photos and illustrations supplied by our clients is copyright and cannot be copied for any reason without written permission from Gift Vouchers Australia.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
These standard Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified from time to time, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing these standard Terms and Conditions of Use, and accept any such modifications.
Public Liability Insurance
Gift Vouchers Australia does not warrant or take any responsibility for your decision to act or engage in whole or part thereof lifestyle or extreme sport experience whatsoever which may be considered dangerous. You are accountable in obtaining your own insurance cover if need be. All experience providers on our website must hold current public liability insurance at all times when we promote their services.
Website Users
GVA is not responsible for the conduct of users of the GVA website or the Client's page on that website.
Personal Information
Any personal information provided through this website with the exception of the secure PayPal online payment facility may be passed on to the relevant business/retailer for their records.
Expiry Dates
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months with the exception of gift vouchers purchased from our Specials Page. These gift vouchers are valid for the duration of the special only. The expiry date is shown on the front of your gift voucher. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid.
Cancellations & Refunds
Gift Vouchers Australia does not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances in whole or part thereof. Once a gift voucher or gift box has been dispatched it cannot be withdrawn. We are not responsible for stolen gift vouchers.
Exchanges
Exchanges do not apply to Gift Vouchers Australia gift boxes and gift vouchers.
Lost Gift Vouchers
If you have ordered a gift voucher and have not received it, or you have lost your gift voucher, please contact us immediately at info@giftvouchersaustralia.com.au. You may be entitled to a replacement voucher if (a) The voucher has not been redeemed with the retailer, (b) the voucher has not expired, (c) Gift Vouchers Australia can verify the original purchaser through proof of purchase, (d) it Gift Vouchers Australia can verify the receiver. We can reissue your gift voucher to the original recipient's delivery address through standard Australia Post. A processing fee of $10 will be incurred.
Using your Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers Australia gift vouchers can only be used at the store as publicized on your gift voucher. The owner of the gift voucher may use the gift voucher to make purchases of goods and/or services.
Gift Vouchers Australia is not liable for the use, quality or fitness for use of any goods or services purchased with the gift voucher. If you have a dispute regarding the goods or services, you are at liberty to resolve the dispute with the retailer direct.
It is not possible to reimburse funds to your gift voucher for change of mind. If you decide to return your goods, the store will issue you with a credit note under its return policy where the original purchase was made.
Alcohol
When purchasing a voucher from any of the Wine Estates listed on our website, you agree that you are over the age of 18 years of age. Gift boxes containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
Experiences Providers
Gift Vouchers Australia excludes all liability (whether direct or indirect) for any damages whatsoever including without limitation, in contract or tort (including negligence), equity or on any other basis to the Client or any other person (including loss of data or profits), arising out of or in any way connected with any services, standard of services or experience provided or not provided by the experience provider or any other party. Gift Vouchers Australia acts as a representative only to sell gift vouchers on behalf of experience providers and retailers. All experience providers provide their services directly to customers.
Experience Restrictions
Some experiences are subject to certain restrictions such as weight, health, age or other restrictions. When you contact your experience provider you will informed of any relevant restrictions depending on the experience. You may be liable for any cancellation fees from the provider if you are forced to cancel due to restriction reasons.
Delivery of Gift Vouchers
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with the recipients correct delivery address. Gift Vouchers Australia will not refund delivery charges or take responsibility for any damage, postal delays, missing orders, incorrect delivery details or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery. If the delivery is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us at info@giftvouchersaustralia.com.au immediately. Please note that gift boxes are delivered once payment is received.
Gift Vouchers sent by Australia Post (standard post)
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with the recipients correct delivery address. Gift Vouchers Australia will not refund delivery charges or take responsibility for any damage, postal delays, missing orders that have been effected by using Australia Post, or where incorrect delivery details have been provided or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery. We can re-deliver your voucher however; conditions and a $10 charge will apply excluding your delivery fee. Delivery is between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Gift Vouchers sent by Express Post (Australia)
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with the recipients correct delivery address. Gift Vouchers Australia will not refund delivery charges or take responsibility for any damage, postal delays, missing orders that have been effected by using Australia Post, or where incorrect delivery details have been provided or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery. A tracking code can be provided to locate your delivery. We can re-deliver your voucher however; conditions and a $10 charge will apply excluding your delivery fee. Delivery is between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Express Australia post delivery time frames:
Gift Vouchers sent by Courier (within Australia)
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide us with the recipients correct delivery address. Gift Vouchers Australia will not refund delivery charges or take responsibility for any damage, delays, missing orders that have been effected by using our contracted courier company, or where incorrect delivery details have been provided or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery. Courier delivery is only available to metropolitan areas of capital cities. We can re-deliver your voucher however; conditions and a $10 charge will apply excluding your delivery fee. All Couriers received Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Gift box couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm and specific times cannot be guaranteed. All gift box deliveries must be signed for. We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
